As an experienced professional in the service/workshop industry of Appliances or Furniture, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Processing daily orders and ensuring timely dispatch of products - Maintaining proper storage, dispatch, and receiving of stocks at the warehouse point - Managing quality control and overseeing third-party service providers for repair/replacement services - Handling damaged stocks, repairs, scrap, and accessories effectively - Monitoring daily warehouse activities, conducting stock-takes, and performing periodic audits to ensure accuracy - Generating MIS reports, entering data into the system, and organizing all documents related to dispatch, receiving, stock transfers, and new procurement - Supervising warehouse helpers, technicians, tailors, and carpenters to align with the organization's objectives Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in the service/workshop sector, particularly in Appliances or Furniture industry - Strong organizational and managerial skills to oversee warehouse operations effectively - Proficiency in MIS reporting and documentation - Good communication and leadership abilities to manage a diverse team of personnel Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund offered. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in Pune, Maharashtra. Reliable commuting or plans for relocation are necessary for this role.
