We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, oversee daily warehouse operations, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse/logistics, be a team player, and capable of handling responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain inventory levels Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments for timely dispatches Monitor and maintain stock levels, perform regular stock audits, and update records Ensure accurate documentation for inward/outward goods (GRN, invoices, dispatch slips, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse Use WMS or inventory software for data entry and tracking Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock movement and inventory status Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure minimal damage/loss Identify areas of improvement and recommend process enhancements
