Job Description

Job Overview:

Warehouse Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing, packing, and dispatches via

    EasyEcom

  • Manage inventory inward and outward, ensuring accurate stock updates
  • Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure products are packed as per brand guidelines and safety standards
  • Maintain daily logs of orders, shipments, and inventory records
  • Support the team during monthly audits and cycle counts
  • Raise alerts for low stock or inventory mismatches


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of warehouse experience in a

    D2C or e-commerce

    setup

  • Hands-on experience with EasyEcom software is mandatory

  • Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-com operations
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
  • Ability to handle physical work and meet dispatch timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and team coordination skills
