Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Executive located in Kochi. The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, tracking and organizing stock, overseeing packing and shipment processes, and ensuring efficient warehouse activities. The role requires regular communication with team members and customers to ensure excellent customer service and operational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Packing and Inventory Control to effectively manage stock and ensure accuracy in preparing orders
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and address customer inquiries professionally
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management to optimize workflows and maintain operational efficiency
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
