Job Summary:
Under some supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc., based on direction from Operations management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods, and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

- Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
Teamwork:
- Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
- Ensure training completion in line with business requirements.

- Ensure a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
- Support planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
- Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet business goals.
- Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
- Warehousing experience preferred.
- Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.
