Receiving Stock: Unload shipments from delivery vehicles. Check and count received goods. Report damages or shortages to the manager. Stock Management: Organize and label incoming stock. Place products in the correct storage locations. Assist in stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out). Order Packing & Fulfillment: Pick items accurately as per order slips. Pack products neatly and safely. Print and attach shipping labels. Keep the packaging area clean and restocked. Dispatch Support: Hand over packages to delivery partners. Help prepare bulk shipments if needed. Inventory Support: Assist in regular stock checks or cycle counts. Report low stock or discrepancies. Help in maintaining accurate stock records. Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse. Follow basic safety and handling procedures. Handle equipment (e.g., trolleys, ladders) properly. Skills Needed:Basic reading and counting skills Attention to detail and accuracy Physical stamina (for lifting/moving boxes) Team player and follows instructions well
