Job Description

Company - Safari Industries India Ltd.

Location - Lucknow

Profile - Warehouse Assistant

Role & responsibilities

Proficient working knowledge of SAP modules SD, MM, and FI
Order processing, billing, and warehouse operations management
Ensuring billing accuracy and proper DMS documentation in SAP
Handling sales return credit notes and audit-related activities
Preparation and submission of functional MIS reports
GST and statutory compliance
Transport coordination and timely dispatch of materials
Warehouse Management
Stock Audit

Preferred candidate profile

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are advantageous.
3-6 years of experience in Warehouse operation.
Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate should have worked on below aspects :-

1. Invoicing on Sap

2. Must have managed stock inward and outward

3. Transport management, Logistic follow up with vendor

4. Collecting POD / GRN

5. MIS, E-way bill preparation

6. GST knowledge for invoicing

7. Warehouse management
