Ward Boy/Girl

Assist patients in moving, walking, and transferring (bed to wheelchair/stretchers) Help nursing staff with routine patient care activities Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of wards, beds, and patient areas Transport patients for tests, procedures, or discharge Deliver medical files, samples, reports, and medicines within hospital premises Assist in feeding patients as instructed by nursing staff Change bed sheets and arrange patient beds Dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols Respond promptly to patient call bells Support emergency situations as directed by nurses or doctors Follow hospital safety, infection control, and hygiene standards Required Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of hospital hygiene and patient care Good physical stamina and ability to lift patients when required Polite, compassionate, and patient-friendly behavior Ability to follow instructions and hospital protocols Teamwork and coordination with nursing staff Educational Qualification Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass Training in hospital attendant/ward boy course preferred Experience Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in hospital/healthcare setup preferred Working Conditions Rotational shifts (Day/Night) Hospital/Clinical environment Gender Male / Female (as per hospital requirement)
