Walkin Interviews For Field Quality Engineers (Civil/Mech/Electrical)

We are looking for field quality engineers in civil, electrical, mechanical streams. This is for solar and wind energy projects located in Kurnool, Bidar and Trichy

.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Perform dimensional checks, material verification, welding/assembly inspections, functional checks and workmanship assessments.
• Document findings through inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action requests.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and QA/QC teams for resolution of quality issues.
• Witness site material testing, validate results, and ensure traceability of records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements during inspection and survey activities.
• Maintain inspection logs, internal records, NC Logs and reporting databases for management and clients.
• Support client representatives during site visits, audits, and third-party verifications.
• Escalate recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures for improvement.
• Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and continuous improvement of field quality practices.
