Dear All,

We are conducting Mega Walkin in T Nagar branch for Service delivery Officer - Operation category for Kottivakkam, Nanganalur and Ashok Nagar.

Role & responsibilities

1. Addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring service resolution within established timeframes (TAT)
2. Ensuring services are delivered according to agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
Generating management reports (MIS), maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments.
Ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
Liaising with other departments or stakeholders to facilitate service delivery and client support.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree must,
Candidate should have Maximum 2 to 4 years of experience in banking operations.

Job locations: Kottivakkam, Nanganalur and Ashok Nagar.
