Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers regarding telecom services.
Troubleshoot service-related issues such as network problems, SIM activation, data usage, etc.
Respond to billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and payment issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to senior support if needed.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of telecom services and customer support.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a B.Com, B.B.A, B.A, or any Postgraduate degree with experience in Customer Support are welcome to apply.
