Walk-in (Onsite) We are hiring Sourcing Specialist (US)

Key Responsibilities: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards (Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and internal databases. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification of candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and hiring process. Qualifications: Any Preferred Skills 1-2 years of experience in US recruitment sourcing, preferably in a staffing or RPO environment. Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS, and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of US work authorization types (W2, 1099, C2C) is a plus.
