Job Description

Job Summary:

L1 & L2 Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
first-level support
to users for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows operating systems
and standard software applications.
Support and maintain
Microsoft Office applications/Third party applications
, email configuration, and basic user settings.
Assist in
user account creation, password resets, Domain Joining
in Active Directory.
Perform
daily checks
on IT equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with vendors for
hardware repair or replacement
when necessary.
Handle
new user onboarding
tasks such as system setup and basic orientation.
Troubleshoot
basic LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
(IP conflicts, cable faults, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Audio/Video Conferencing.
Printer Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2/L3 teams in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Should have passed Graduation or 3 years Diploma in Computer Hardware or other related Technical Course
1 to 3 years
of hands-on experience in desktop support.
Willingness to work in shifts or support extended hours as needed.
