Walkin Interview for OTC ( Order to cash) - HCL KARLE TECH PARK BANGALORE on 3rd June Interview Timing: 12 pm to 3 Pm Experience : 0 to 4 Years Freshers - Arts and Science only eligible to apply. BE & Btech, MCA graduates are not eligible. Shift : US Shift Interview Location : Karle Town Centre Survey Nos. 72, 91/3 and 91/4, Nagavara Vill, Kasaba Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, Bengaluru, Karnataka 56004 Eligibility Criteria: Freshers Arts & Science only eligible (2025 passed out should have results in place and carry final sem result copy) Candidates with backlogs are not eligible to apply.. HR Spoc : Samrin / Harish k KEY DELIVERABLES Deliver low effort experience Interface with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, support, and execute relevant stages of a Order to Cash Transactions. Timely execute and monitor the business line requests and queries with accuracy. Assist in development of root cause analysis to facilitate corrective actions and reduce inaccuracy, also support business lines in resolution and escalations Support business lines to manage end to end setup process based on terms and conditions mentioned in the request forms. Anticipate stakeholder needs Support business line in resolving operational, commercial or contractual issues, as applicable Monitor, follow up, and coordinate the resolution of risks and client-facing issues in a timely manner (e.g, and MAP and rebatesverification) Enforcing the customer/client agreements Creating Accounts/Orders/Invoices/mange disputes etc. in SAP Publishing quarterly/monthly/daily reports of volume/payments Preparing Stewardership and storing/interfacing with tableau dashboard. Enhance employee experience and skills Steward performance of the Customer Services team according to defined Customer Experience metrics Recognize and actively work to leverage the intersection of various work groups with the general interest to company Flexible with working client deadline. Create a learning organization Escalate potential improvement items and resolution points to Manager / Supervisor Realign resources Execute operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements of the respective business area in regards of safety, controls, stewardship, business unit, business continuity plan, and cross functional interaction PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES Basic knowledge of finance with an understanding of processes financial impact and related financial transactions. Strong knowledge on Order to Cash processes like Customer Master Data setup, Order, AR, Billing, Cashapplication, Vendor payments etc. Be thoughtful, thorough and disciplined to provide best-in-class service to customers Take personal ownership in the service delivered with a strong attention to detail. Ability to understand, interpret and apply basic critical thinking and problem-solving techniques in creating statistical summaries and graphical representations of business data. Insight in identifying risks, resolving potential issues, and escalating when necessary Digital mindset with an understanding of external trends and impacts on customer service.
