Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven sales experience, with a robust network and contacts across Pan India, especially within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our client base across India.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HoReCa sector.
• Utilize extensive industry contacts and a well-established network to generate new business leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term clients.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff when required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably within FMCG, HoReCa, or related industries.
• Strong network and established contacts across Pan India, with a focus on the HoReCa segment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Telugu and Kannada is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage clients across multiple regions.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience working in a multi-lingual, pan-India role.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution channels within HoReCa.
