Job Brief

The Employee Engagement executive will be responsible for the execution of the overall engagement strategy, which will include programs like the induction and orientation program, R&R program, fun activities and event, communications, L&D program (LMS), employee connect program, etc.

Role & Responsibility

Employee Engagement

  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events, Fun Fridays, and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys, analyse results, and identify engagement trends.
  • Partner with managers to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate wellness programs, cultural events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Recognize and celebrate employee milestones (birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements).
  • Maintain an annual engagement calendar and ensure timely execution.
  • Create flyers, PPTs, and other communication materials for activities.
  • Coordinates connect sessions and other employee interactions.

Orientation

  • Conduct orientation for all new joiners within two days of joining.
  • Assign mandatory LMS courses to new hires, track completion, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Training & Development

  • Compile the Skills Matrix to determine training needs.
  • Prepare and roll out the Training Calendar in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Track training rollout, attendance, completion, and collect feedback.

Rewards & Recognition

  • Review and validate R&R nominations.
  • Arrange and distribute awards in a timely manner.
  • Makes presentation for events

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate trackers and reports for:
  • Induction feedback analysis
  • LMS completion status for new hires
  • Engagement and training calendars
  • R&R nominations and service awards
  • Birthday lists and cost reports
  • Inventory Management
  • All HR communications.

Employee Relations

  • Conduct HR Connect sessions with employees and managers.
  • Prepares analysis, PPT
  • Does floor walks

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related human resources field is preferred
    • At least 2 - 3 years of related experience in handling the above role • Experience in handling EE and ER Activities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent with PPT and excel.
