Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute to relevant stakeholders. 3. Handle email correspondence, respond to routine inquiries, and flag important messages. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports. 5. Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality. 6. Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and presentations. Requirements: 1. 4-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
