Job Role: - Customer Experience Associate (International Voice Process)

Exp: - Freshers (10+2 & Any Graduate)

Notice period: - Immediate.

Openings:- 1000+ positions

Walk in Date: 18-feb 2025

Salary : -3.5 to 3.8 LPA

Time : – 09:30 AM to 4 PM

Shift Timings: – US Shifts (One way cab available)

Work Mode : – Work from Office

Venue Details: -Conduent Business Services India LLP

Whitefield Road, Bangalore 560 066, India

JD: -

  1. Freshers who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)

  2. Education Qualification – Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate

  3. Good English verbal and written skills required.
  4. Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
  5. Provide product and service information to customers.
  6. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  7. Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
  8. Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
