Walk-in-Drive : Sr. Operation Executive

Role : Sr. Operation Executive Key Responsibilities: - Act as a communication bridge between Client, Internal teams, and administrative units - Coordinate and monitor the daily field operations - Oversee deployment logistics including van movement, staff attendance, and field task planning - Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports - Track inventory of forensic tools, tablets, SIM cards, and consumables - Manage breakdown or incident reporting and coordinate immediate resolutions - Supervise adherence to safety and data security protocols during field activities - Support scheduling of technical maintenance, training sessions, and mock drills - Liaise with backend teams for resolving operational escalations - Ensure compliance with project timelines and performance benchmarks Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline (Science/Management preferred) - Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations or project coordination - Familiarity with forensic, IT, or law enforcement project environments is desirable - Strong skills in coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication - Proficient in MS Office tools, report formats, and digital documentation Job Location: Mumbai (WFO) Interview Date and Time: 7th June 2025, 11:00AM to 3:00PM Venue: CMS Computers India Pvt Ltd 70, Lake Road, Bhandup - West, Kaycee Industries Compound, Opp. Mayuresh Park, Mumbai -400078
