About the Role

Product Support Associate


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Guide users on how to use the product and resolve basic issues.
  • Coordinate with the tech team for debugging or issue escalation.
  • Maintain daily reports, tickets, and documentation.
  • Assist in customer onboarding and account setup.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve the product.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
  • Good knowledge of

    Excel & Word

    .
  • Ability to understand software products quickly.
  • Patient, customer-centric attitude.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

    (any stream)
