Note - This is an On roll Opportunity, we may offer maximum 30000/month In Hand Salary(Maximum Age 27 Years & Only Graduate Candidates will be interviewed)

Drives volume and value targets in the Area/Geography

Achieving volume and value sales target for Area/Geography
Operation of trade schemes in retail as per approval
Identify and target new dealers(dealer Communication based on new and existing dealer)
Executing Marketing and Growth initiatives among good, average, and poor dealers based on stock, resources and customer footfall

Market place execution

Ensure color bank availability and functioning across retail market
Successful Placement of New Product at all Dealer points and new product detailing and demo
Merchandising activity ( poster/in-shop branding/product visibility , display boards placed) for desired products

Painter Management

Painter engagement

Dealer Management

Awareness of upcoming opportunities for dealers and how to tap them effectively
Channel market intelligence and competition info from the market.
Effective complaint handling
Planning of monthly targets for the dealers and painters, competition painter mapping
Controlling ODOS
