Roles and Responsibilities

Handle International calls from clients across various countries.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Work on an international process.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily targets and goals.
Participate in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment (freshers welcome).
Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with international customers.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational shifts if required by the business needs.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues efficiently.
