Job Title:

Job Summary:

International Chat Support Process

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
2 live chat interactions
simultaneously with customers across international markets.
Provide
prompt, accurate, and efficient responses
to customer queries related to products, services, orders, technical issues, etc.
Use internal systems and knowledge bases to resolve customer concerns.
Maintain
high-quality standards
in communication, grammar, tone, and resolution accuracy.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and chat resolution rate.
Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat support (preferred).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to handle dual chat conversations effectively under pressure.
Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM with high accuracy).
Good comprehension and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts, including weekends.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or chat platforms.
