Customer Data Governance & MDM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer master data within Informatica IDQ & MDM
  • Support account hierarchy and customer record enrichment
  • Define and monitor data quality rules, match/merge, and resolve duplicates
  • Align customer data across systems and support automation with IT
  • Enforce data governance standards and engage in stakeholder collaboration
  • Prepare data quality reports and identify improvement areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Data Science or related
  • 2–5 years in Data Quality, Data Governance, or MDM
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and data analytical capability
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Understanding of data governance principles & best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
