As a

Marketing & Data Associate

, you ll combine analytical thinking with creative marketing insights to support our event planning and promotional efforts. Your work will directly impact how we design, market, and measure the success of our large-scale events across India.

If you enjoy working with data, analyzing performance, and collaborating with marketing teams this role is the perfect blend of strategy, numbers, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Data Associate

Collect, clean, and manage event and marketing data including website traffic, email metrics, ad performance, registrations, and surveys. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with event planning and marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor events, and emerging technologies. Ensure event-related data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Support the development of data-driven processes and systems for efficiency improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in

Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing

, or a related field.

1 3 years

of experience in data management, analysis, or marketing analytics (freshers with strong skills can apply). Proficiency in

Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; detail-oriented. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines. Passion for

data, marketing, travel, and events!
