Job Title: Relationship Manager Wealth & Business Banking Location: Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai(All Areas) Experience: 5 + years Industry: Banking & Financial Services Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to grow our Liability and Investment portfolio by acquiring and managing high-value clients (including NRI and business clients). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering tailored financial solutions. Key Responsibilities: Acquire and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and business clients. Grow the Liability book and Investment AUM through cross-selling of banking and wealth products (e.g., Trade Forex, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans). Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ups to ensure optimal client engagement. Collaborate with product specialists to deliver customized financial solutions. Ensure high-quality sourcing and documentation to reduce rejection rates. Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines. Deliver exceptional client service in coordination with Client Experience Managers. Drive 360 client engagement and ensure total client ownership. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills in English and local language. Excellent presentation and networking abilities. Sound knowledge of banking and wealth management products. Analytical mindset with a client-centric approach. Process-oriented with high integrity and professional ethics. Passion for sales and entrepreneurial drive.
