Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Customer Service: Warmly greet every customer entering the store and make them feel welcome. Understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and assist them in choosing products. Explain menu items, ingredients, and product highlights clearly and confidently. Suggest additional products (upselling) based on customer preferences. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and build positive relationships. Service & Operations: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the service counter and seating area. Ensure all displays are neat, well-presented, and replenished as needed. Handle packaging and presentation of products in a premium and careful manner. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with kitchen and baking team for timely service and replenishment. Teamwork & Communication: Coordinate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate customer feedback and service issues to the supervisor or manager. Support the team during peak hours and festive rushes. Hygiene & Safety: Follow all hygiene and food safety standards as per Labonel’s quality policies. Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards as per company guidelines. Ensure proper cleaning of service utensils, counters, and equipment. Preferred Background:Experience in F&B industry or café/hotel service. Hotel Management or Hospitality background preferred. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Pleasant personality, punctual, and team-oriented.
