Objective: To drive admissions and manage day to day operations of the preschool Drive the admission process. Manage the day-to-day activities of the setting. Ensure that the pre-school is a safe environment for children, staff and others. Maintain accurate records of activities, parent participation, and results of efforts. Develop and execute programs and initiatives to enhance services and strengthen relationships between school and home. Develop strong relationships with parents/teachers to increase involvement in their child's development. Help cultivate parental interest in their children's schools and activities. Offer assistance and information to parents and help them with any concerns they might have. Conduct Open House Sessions, organizing Annual Days, Sports Days, Parent Orientation programs, and many more such activities. Ensure children's safety is of the utmost significance Skills: Keep an eye on the daily performance of teachers and assistants to make sure that quality instruction and care are being given with diligence and individual attention Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective team leadership. Excellent organizational skills. Administrative and basic IT skills. Must have exposure to MS Excel and Word. Ability to work as part of a team. Able to work on own initiative.
