Job Description

Gatti Chutney is a fast-food restaurant serving real South Indian food with flavors from Bangalore. We use natural ingredients and focus on high hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Dispatch: Receive orders, send them to the kitchen, and ensure the right order is given to customers or delivery agents. Beverage Preparation: Make beverages as per recipes and keep the area clean. Parcel Counter: Pack customer orders correctly and coordinate with the kitchen. Billing Counter: Process payments using POS, handle cash, UPI, card payments, and assist customers. Food Preparation (Non-Busy Hours): Help prepare Vada, Idli, and Dosa, following recipes and portion sizes. Requirements: Willing to learn and follow procedures. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of cash handling. Ready to work in different sections of the restaurant. Training Duration: 85 Days (Training in all departments)
