Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating. Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages as per service standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to their needs and queries. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude at all times. 2. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and organized. Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per company policy. Ensure cutlery, crockery, and glassware are properly cleaned and set. 3. Coordination & Support: Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order flow. Assist in table setup, buffet arrangement, and clearing after service. Support in daily restaurant opening and closing procedures. 4. Other Duties: Report any service issues or guest complaints to the Restaurant Manager. Maintain product knowledge (menu items, ingredients, promotions, etc.). Assist during special events and functions as required. Required Skills & Competencies:Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service. Presentable appearance and customer service mindset. Qualification & Experience:10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in restaurant or café service. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
