Job Description

waiter/waitress is primarily responsible for customer service and Their duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. They also handle payments, maintain a clean dining area, and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely

  • Order Taking:

     Accurately recording food and beverage orders, often using POS systems, and communicating them to the kitchen.   

  • Serving:

     Delivering food and drinks to tables, ensuring proper presentation and promptness.   

  • Upselling:

     Suggesting additional items like appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience.   

  • Customer Service:

     Addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive and comfortable dining atmosphere.
