Position: VP/Senior Solution Architect/Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve multi-domain technology roadmap.
• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across

• Champion modern, scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms using

  microservices

  event-driven architecture

  API-first designs

• Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams across geographies and domains.
• Establish high-performance engineering practices including

  CI/CD

  DevSecOps

  , and container-based infrastructure.
• Foster a culture of

  continuous innovation

Experience Required:

• 17–25 years of progressive experience in technology roles.
• At least 7+ years in

  senior/executive leadership positions

• Demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams, driving platform-led transformations, and leading enterprise-scale architecture.
• Proven leadership across multiple industries—ideally

  FinTech, HealthTech, Retail

  Industrial/Manufacturing
