VP Project Management

You will be responsible for leading and managing all phases of interior project execution, including estimation, contracts, billing, site progress, and handover to ensure alignment with design intent and client expectations. It will be your duty to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost control, and compliance with organizational standards. To maintain seamless workflow and execution efficiency, you will need to drive collaboration across internal departments such as design, production, procurement, and project management teams. Providing direction and oversight to project teams, you will ensure clear objectives, structured timelines, and performance accountability. Your role will involve overseeing planning and resource allocation, approving execution methodologies, and ensuring risk assessments and mitigation strategies are in place. You will manage material planning and delivery schedules from in-house production to site installation to prevent delays impacting the project timeline. Maintaining strong client engagement throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and presenting detailed progress reports, performance summaries, and project dashboards to senior management regularly. It is crucial for you to establish performance monitoring mechanisms to track progress, generate timely reports, and share actionable insights with senior management. Staying informed on market innovations, material advancements, and execution best practices will help you continually improve project delivery standards.
