VP - Product Management Lead Analyst

We establish and maintain the enterprise risk management framework that ensures the ability to consistently identify, measure, monitor, control, and report material aggregate risks. In this role, you're expected to: - Lead and execute UAT for strategic programs - Design and implement UAT standards and procedures - Continuously improve and streamline UAT processes - Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards - Drive innovation within the team - Collaborate with client leads, development teams, and business users - Perform defect management and root cause analysis - Work flexible hours and support different time zones Skills and exposure required: - 10+ years of testing experience in manual and automated testing - Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Python, and Tableau - Knowledge of banking processes and regulations, specifically Credit Risk, CCAR, CECL, Loss Forecasting, or other Risk-related frameworks - Hands-on knowledge of SAS, SQL, Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Proven ability to lead critical, high-visibility projects and coordinate with senior stakeholders - Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, and other testing-related tools - Excellent communication, diplomacy, persuasion, and influencing skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines - ISTQB and PMP certifications (preferred) - Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred A career at Citi offers more than just a job.
