Java Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will be required to partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. You will resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Additionally, it will be your responsibility to provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring that application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Your role will require you to utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. Furthermore, you will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. You will be expected to provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. As a Technology Lead Analyst, you will also serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. In terms of qualifications, you should have 12+ years of relevant experience in Java Backend Apps Development, extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications, experience in managing and implementing successful projects, and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development. You should possess the ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate, have demonstrated leadership and project management skills, and consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Education wise, a Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Masters degree being preferred.
