Job Description

As the VP- People & Culture at Ginesys, located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's journey towards enabling retail in India. Your responsibilities will involve building a motivated workforce that is in line with the company's strategic objectives. Key achievements will include attracting and retaining top talent, nurturing a positive culture, and advocating diversity and inclusion. Additionally, you will focus on leadership development, leveraging technology for data-driven decisions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - **Talent Acquisition and Management** - Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent. - Monitor employee utilization and productivity, and implement continuous improvement methodologies. - **Learning and Development** - Develop and manage team and employee-specific learning paths to support career growth. - Collaborate with organizations to create and maintain training content for onboarding and regular training. - Implement a Learning Management System to drive learning initiatives. - **Employee Culture and Engagement** - Define organizational culture, values, and desired behaviors, and effectively communicate them to all employees. - Create engaging recognition and rewards programs to encourage desired behaviors. - **Employee Lifecycle Management** - Establish and execute an end-to-end HRMS to oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, retention, and exit management. - **Performance Management** - Develop and implement performance management systems that stimulate high performance, offer regular feedback, and support employee development. - **Compensation and Benefits** - Regularly compare compensation and benefits with the market to ensure competitive programs that attract top talent. **Qualifications:** - **Essential Requirements:** - General MBA or equivalent, with a specialization in HR being advantageous but not mandatory. - Minimum of 10 years of experience leading the HR function of a 500-1,000 FTE organization. - Proficiency in the rollout and management of HRMS systems. - **Desirable Requirement:** - Experience in e-commerce, technology, or SaaS product companies is considered beneficial.,
