VP Operations (Residential High Rise)

As a Real Estate Project Manager at a 35-year-old Real Estate Firm specializing in residential high-rise projects in UP & Uttarakhand, your role will involve planning, executing, and managing the balance sheet of multiple projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with architects and consultants to ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline - Detailed Estimation & Budget preparation to efficiently allocate resources across projects - Monitoring financial performance, analyzing operational costs, and identifying opportunities to enhance profitability - Executing works within set parameters of time, cost, quality, and productivity - Conducting workload analysis to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and minimize costs - Managing customer interface for deliverables, addressing grievances, and resolving issues - Providing project management reports to identify potential claims and project-related challenges The ideal candidate for this role should be a Civil Engineer with an MBA degree and a proven track record as a strategic Real Estate Leader.
