VP FP & A Lead Analyst

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst position at Citi is a senior role that involves forecasting for Legal Entities to meet global and local regulatory requirements. In this role, you will provide analysis and insights on Citis Legal Entities to support management decision-making. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the directional strategy by leveraging your specialized knowledge to evaluate the financial performance of Citis current and projected entities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze annual 3-year Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, QMMF, and quarterly outlooks in collaboration with Planning, BS, and Expense FP&A teams. - Drive financial forecasts for ICAAP and Regulatory stress tests following the Global ICAAP Standard. - Offer advice on directional strategy and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions. - Work closely with Business and Finance functions to review and challenge forecasts at the entity level. - Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and senior management to influence decision-making processes. - Prepare presentations and analyses for the team supporting the CFO. - Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or team members. - Collaborate with Model Risk Management (MRM) to ensure adherence to MRM governance. - Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions to safeguard Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets.
