Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Accounts Payable / P2P operations with ownership of delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
• Drive F&A transformation programs for large enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
• Act as senior solution leader for large and mega deals and represent the service line during client visits
• Own and drive critical strategic programs including IP build and transformation initiatives
• Partner with enterprise programs (including GenAI) as a senior domain advisor
• Lead development of solution offerings leveraging AI/ML, intelligent workflows, e-invoicing, and automation
• Build strong understanding of commercial models and engage with industry analysts (HfS, Everest)
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to ensure AP domain depth in digital offerings
• Drive initiatives around e-invoicing, working capital optimization, benchmarking, case studies, and standard methodologies
  

Must-Have Experience

• Strong expertise across Accounts Payable / P2P including invoice processing, vendor setup, T&E, procurement service desk, supplier reconciliations, and audits
• Proven leadership of large teams (~150 FTEs)
• Experience delivering AP/P2P solutions across multiple industry verticals, preferably BFSI
• Exposure to modern AP/P2P tools and platforms including ERPs, workflow tools, invoice exchange platforms, RPA
• Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and global clients
• Hands-on exposure to platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten (preferred)
