VP Civil Engineering

The Head - Project will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms & related works and ensure adherence to launch plan. You will lead the Project's/ Interior's team at Khazana, working closely with both senior management and your team of site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion plans. Your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following: - Coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites. - Coordinating with all internal stakeholders for internal approvals pertaining to design, materials to be used, QS reports on material quantity and related costs. - Coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with the approved parameters of the management. - Taking responsibility for both civil and interiors related to all offices/branches and showrooms of the company for either renovation or new construction. - Ensuring timely execution of projects across multiple locations. - Coordinating with the Architect to develop store layout & working closely with senior management to finalize the layout. - Planning manpower allocation to all sites for construction. - Reviewing progress on a routine basis along with the team. - Adopting best practices and processes to ensure execution of interior works to perfection. - Assisting PMO (Project Management office) to track & update progress of new store launch. - Updating the progress of new stores progress to senior management and escalating issues & support required.,
