VP Civil Engineering

Role Overview: As the Head - Project at Khazana, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, fit out of new showrooms, and related works to ensure adherence to the launch plan. You will lead the Project's/ Interior's team and work closely with senior management and site engineers to ensure the on-time execution of expansion plans. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for design approvals, material selection, QS reports, and related costs. - Ensure timely project delivery by vendors according to management-approved parameters. - Manage both civil and interior aspects of company offices, branches, and showrooms for renovation or new construction. - Ensure timely execution of projects across multiple locations. - Work with the Architect to develop store layout and finalize it with senior management. - Plan manpower allocation for construction at all sites. - Review project progress regularly with the team. - Implement best practices and processes to ensure perfection in interior works execution. - Support the PMO in tracking and updating the progress of new store launches. - Provide progress updates on new stores to senior management, and escalate any issues or support needed. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction and interior fit-out projects. - Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines. - Knowledge of industry best practices and processes in construction and interior works execution. - Proficiency in project management tools and software for tracking progress and updates.,
