We are seeking a skilled and passionate VOIP Asterisk Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining VOIP systems, IVR solutions, and call center platforms using Asterisk and related technologies. This role demands strong programming and scripting capabilities, API integration expertise, and a solid understanding of real-time communication protocols.
Design, develop, and maintain VOIP solutions including IVR systems, PBX platforms, and call center applications
Configure and optimize Asterisk, with exposure to Freeswitch, OpenSIPS, or Kamailio (preferred)
Implement and manage SIP, RTP, RTCP protocols for real-time communication
Develop and integrate REST APIs, manage JWT tokens, and ensure secure API communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable telephony solutions
Write and maintain scripts using Bash and Lua for automation and system control
Work with MySQL and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval
Contribute to web development tasks as needed (experience is a plus)
Explore and integrate AI-driven features into VOIP systems (experience is a plus)
Implement and manage TURN/STUN servers for NAT traversal and media relay
Strong knowledge of VOIP protocols: SIP, RTP, RTCP
Proven experience with Asterisk; familiarity with Freeswitch, OpenSIPS, or Kamailio is a plus
Experience in developing IVR, PBX, and call center solutions
Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, and Python
Scripting experience with Bash and Lua
Solid understanding of REST API, JWT, and API management
Database experience with MySQL and MongoDB
Exposure to web development and AI technologies is advantageous
Knowledge of TURN/STUN protocols and server configuration
