Voip Engineer (Kamailio)

Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a VoIP Engineer (Kamailio). The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and maintaining VoIP and telephony systems, with a specialization in Kamailio. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting voice and network issues, supporting and improving telecommunication infrastructure, optimizing system performance, and providing technical assistance to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and telephony systems, including expertise in Kamailio.
• Proficiency in Networking and understanding of related protocols and configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve system and network issues efficiently.
• Experience in providing Technical Support to assist users and clients with VoIP and system inquiries.
• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and system optimization practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document technical details clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred.
