Job Description

Install, configure, and manage IP PBX systems (Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, 3CX). (Avaya)
Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, and VoIP call quality issues.
Configure VoIP gateways, SBCs, and IP phones.
Monitor call quality, latency, and bandwidth usage.
Manage VoIP integrations with CRM, call centers, and UC platforms.
Ensure VoIP security (encryption, fraud prevention).
Work with vendors for upgrades and escalations.

Education Qualifications Required:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Telecommunications.
Certifications (CCNP Collaboration, Avaya, Asterisk Certified, SIP certifications) highly desirable.

Skills Required:

1. Essential

VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323).
Cisco/Avaya/Asterisk/3CX experience.( Avaya)
Network troubleshooting (QoS, VLANs, Firewalls, NAT).
Session Border Controllers & Gateways.

2. Desired:

Cloud telephony (MS Teams Voice, Zoom, RingCentral).
Scripting for automation.
Advanced VoIP certifications.
