Job Title: Voice Process Executive (US)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Voice Process Executive (US) to handle inbound and outbound calls for our international clients based in the United States. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand and resolve client concerns related to products, services, or orders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or internal systems.
• Provide information, support, and troubleshooting as per process guidelines.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and quality targets.
• Follow communication scripts and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
• Willingness to work based the Client.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Prior experience in a voice-based BPO/US process is a plus (not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,897.41 - ₹35,865.87 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
