The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and a strong ability to upsell telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US Telecom customers.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (preferably telecom or sales ) To 1 year of on paper experience
- *No domestic process experience* will be considered.
- *Rotational shifts* (Night and Graveyard shifts)
- *5 Days working*- Rotational offs
