Hiring: Multilingual Voice Process Executive (English, Hindi, Telugu) – Hyderabad (Walk-In)

Join our team as a Voice Process Executive and be part of a global leader in immigration services. We are looking for a dynamic, multilingual professional fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to provide exceptional support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
• Explain and promote immigration services to prospective clients
• Provide accurate information about visa processes in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Assist clients with queries, concerns, and service-related information
• Update and maintain client interaction records in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team targets for lead conversion and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless follow-ups and support

Expertise Required

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or voice process preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong client handling skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional presentation
