Voice Process Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a Voice Process Associate with hands-on experience in hotel commission reconciliation to join our travel operations or finance support team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve queries over voice calls and emails related to commission payments from hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel commission payment queries.
• Follow up with hotels and vendors to track and reconcile pending commissions.
• Verify and match bookings vs. stays and expected vs. received commission amounts.
• Escalate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with hotels, finance teams, and clients.
• Document call interactions and maintain logs for all reconciliations.
• Use Excel and internal systems to generate reports and maintain reconciliation records.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely collections and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in voice process/customer support.
• Prior experience in hotel commission reconciliation is a must.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with travel industry tools or GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
