Voice Process

As a Client Support Associate in our Voice Process team based in Vadodara, you will be responsible for handling calls and emails related to customer inquiries about the courses they have signed up for. With 1 to 3 years of experience in the customer service domain, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and effective solutions to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to multiple calls and emails, gathering and verifying the required information, and empathizing with customers who may be facing challenges with our services. By using your excellent oral and written communication skills, along with soft skills, you will focus on finding suitable solutions and updating tickets accordingly. To excel in this role, you should have at least a 12th Standard pass out or any stream Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication skills. Being flexible with working hours is essential, as well as having a good understanding of tools such as Microsoft Office and email. Additionally, you should possess superior typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. In this fast-paced environment, you will work collaboratively with a team to ensure that every customer interaction results in a positive experience. Your ability to take ownership of each chat, call, or email, and provide solutions promptly will be key to your success.
