Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Record call details and maintain customer interaction logs in the CRM.
• Meet individual performance metrics and team goals.
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Must have completed at least 12th grade or be a graduate.
• Candidates who are currently pursuing studies will not be considered.
• Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in an international or US voice process is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday).
